March 18 to 19, 2017

Saturday, from noon to 9 p.m.
Sunday, from noon to 5 p.m.

Janet has kept warm this long and cold winter continuing her work on a series of lush, wet, watery paintings of boats and their reflections. She says that ‘while winter water can be fun in solid form while skating on the Rideau Canal, I think we are all starting to miss water’s satiny beauty in its liquid form and how it reflects and transforms the light”.

Mitchell has been busy working on his new series of highly textured, warm and inviting atmospheric dreamscapes – these paintings take you back to summer days watching the clouds drift by and seeing something different every time you look. He also continues to expand on his peaceful contemplative winter landscapes.
With all this bounty of Art from a winter’s worth of work, Janet and Mitchell will be opening Worldview Studio’s doors this year for its second annual “SPRING is in the ART” Open House and Studio Art Show,
